Peri & Sons Farms is seeking applications for a full-time INVENTORY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR in Yerington, NV.Position Summary:This position is responsible for managing parts and equipment inventory in multiple locations, using the company's software platforms and within established procedures.Some of the job functions include:Ensuring inventory is ordered, received, and issued in accordance with company procedures Preparing requisitions and purchase orders Assisting with the cycle-counting process Helping to establish and track inventory minimums and maximums Monitoring inventory levels and preparing related reports Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required Strong oral and written communication, reading comprehension, computer literacy, and solid math skills Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.Must be able to be trained on a forklift Prior inventory management experience is preferred but not required Must be a self-starter able to work independently, take initiative, and also collaborate effectively with a team Strong attention to detail is essential Physical Demands and Work Environment:This role requires physical activity including lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods (approximately 75% of the workday).Work occurs in both office and operational settings including packing sheds, mechanic shops, and field areas.Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.to 4:30 p.m.on-call rotation will be required, with occasional overtime, or weekend work during peak seasons.Some travel may be required to company locations in Firebaugh, CA and El Centro, CA.This role may involve working in varied weather conditions.Compensation:Starting base salary will be competitive and will depend on the candidate's qualifications.Eligibility for discretionary profit-sharing bonuses after 1 year.Information regarding the benefits package is available on our careers webpage:https://periandsons.com/join-our-team.How to Apply:Candidates may apply online from our careers webpage or by emailing a cover letter and resume to employment@periandsons.com.Hard copy applications are also available at 102 McLeod St., Yerington, NV.Applicants who require reasonable accommodations are encouraged to contact the company's Human Resources Department at humanresources@periandsons.com or 775-463-9904.Peri & Sons Farms is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $18.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
