Inventory & Logistics Manager Location: Charlotte, NC – Corporate Office Reports to: Vice President of Administration Schedule: M-F, 8:00 – 5:00 Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Manager to oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving operations, and fleet coordination for our Charlotte office. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency, accurate inventory management, and seamless support for field and office teams. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Warehouse Operations: Manage all inbound and outbound shipments, including parcel and freight carriers. Maintain accurate inventory levels within internal systems, including regular cycle counts and full inventory audits across seven locations with assistance from local office administrators. Stage and prepare materials for installations and service work orders in the Charlotte office. Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of high-use items. Organize and maintain a clean, efficient warehouse environment. Process and track RMAs Logistics & Order Coordination: Coordinate shipping for internal transfers and customer-related orders. Schedule and manage freight shipments through approved vendors. Ensure timely availability of parts and materials to support field and office teams. Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and logistics issues in a timely manner. Fleet & Asset Management: Oversee company fleet inventory, including vehicle assignments, maintenance scheduling, and inspections. Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet vendors (e.g., Enterprise). Maintain and organize fleet tracking systems (e.g., Geotab). Supply Management: Manage vendors related to uniforms, office consumables, supplies, and operational needs. Maintain inventory of uniforms and coordinate ordering for new hires. Maintain appropriate office and warehouse supply levels. Cross-Functional Support: Assist technicians and internal teams with parts and logistics needs throughout the day. Provide support to other office locations with shipping and inventory challenges. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or warehouse operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Experience with inventory management systems, including an understanding of how transactions affect other areas of the business.
