Job Description
The Retail Inventory Manager leads all inventory operations within the dispensary, ensuring accurate product tracking, regulatory compliance, and optimal inventory levels across all cannabis and ancillary products. This role directly supervises and develops Inventory Coordinators, oversees secure and organized back-of-house operations, and maintains precise inventory controls through audits, reconciliations, and reporting. The Retail Inventory Manager partners closely with the Store Manager and retail leadership to support sales performance, prevent stock loss, and drive operational efficiency, while providing hands-on support as needed, including occasional opening and closing duties. Duties & Responsibilities Inventory Management & Compliance Oversee and manage all dispensary inventory activities, including product intake, reconciliation, storage, vault organization, and sales floor replenishment. Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory records for all cannabis and ancillary products in Metrc and POS systems. Conduct regular cycle counts, full inventory audits, and daily reconciliations; investigate, document, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and local cannabis regulations, including tracking, reporting, testing documentation, securit
