Job description What You'll Do Optimize inventory to balance per business outlook Lead slow-moving and surplus inventory analysis and drive corrective actions (redeploy, return, scrap) Identify and execute redeployment opportunities across locations Partner with Demand Planners & PSL teams to improve forecast alignment Use data and inventory planning tools (e.g., SAP, CCH Tagetik) to drive exception-based planning Contribute to standardized processes and continuous improvement Collaborate with strategic vendors (internal and external) to reduce lead times, create stocking strategies, mitigate past dues and stockouts Profile and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field 3–7+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or operations Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, inventory optimization, and root-cause analysis Experience with ERP and inventory planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CCH Tagetik) Ability to manage complex datasets and translate insights into actions Strong communication skills with ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
