**Inventory Specialist DIRECT HIRE Location:** Chandler, AZ Pay: $22-$25/hour DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday Who We Are: We are partnering with a globally recognized supply chain and solutions provider that supports leading manufacturers in the semiconductor, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medical device industries. What You’ll Do: Receive, check, count, and properly put away incoming stock Pick and pack customer orders within agreed turnaround times Perform regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy Utilize WMS/ERP systems to manage inventory and transactions Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse conditions Support deliveries to local customer sites when needed Handle company vehicles and equipment responsibly Proactively identify inventory discrepancies and implement solutions Assist cross-functional teams to ensure seamless goods in/out operations What’s In It for You: Stable, growing international company Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to work in high-tech, controlled environments Team-oriented culture Long-term growth potential Exposure to advanced inventory systems and processes What You Need to Have: Prior warehouse or inventory experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Experience using ERP/WMS systems Valid driver’s license The Musts: Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and operational procedures Excellent organizational skills Forklift certification and experience Experience with SAP Background in spare parts or technical inventory management Delivery or customer site support experience Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume to schedule an interview!
