As a ICL at ICON, you will design and analyze clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies. What You Will Do: You will take responsibility for contract management deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships. Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems. Providing guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related matters, including contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution. Your Profile: You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
