Manages general ledger entries and oversees accounts payable and receivable. Cash flow forecasting and budgeting. Prepare and maintain ad hoc investment reports, ensuring accuracy to underlying schedules. Assist with Trustee reports, trust cash flows, and cash walk analyses. Prepare presentation-ready PDF and PowerPoint deliverables. Assist with the preparation of reports related to annual net worth presentation, ensuring accuracy of information. Support entity-level responsibilities, including: Monthly cash and brokerage account reconciliations Quarterly financial statement preparations Audit reporting compilation and assistance Private equity fund reporting, including understanding investment cycles and return calculations Maintains confidentiality for all corporate, stakeholder, personnel, and research matters.
