Investment Banking Growth Intern Company: IBFlash Location: Remote Compensation: Unpaid Internship / Experience-Based Opportunity Duration: Summer 2026 IBFlash is building a next-generation training platform for investment banking recruiting. We help students break into investment banking through technical training, interview prep, recruiting insights, and educational content built by former bankers and finance professionals. We are looking for ambitious students interested in finance, startups, growth, and content creation. Track 1 — Content Creator / UGC Create finance and recruiting content using IBFlash Post technical prep breakdowns, recruiting tips, and “day in the life” content Build a personal brand across TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc. Track 2 — Brand Ambassador / Community Growth Help grow IBFlash across WSO, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, and campus finance clubs Drive referrals and platform awareness Build relationships with finance communities and organizations Track 3 — Video Editor / Social Media Content Create short-form finance and recruiting content designed for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X Edit high-retention videos using B-roll, captions, transitions, hooks, sound design, and viral editing styles Turn investment banking, recruiting, and finance concepts into engaging social-first content Help scale IBFlash’s social media presence through high-performing video content What You’ll Gain Mentorship from former investment bankers Exposure to investment banking technical concepts Startup and growth experience Access to recruiting prep resources Networking opportunities within finance Ideal Candidates Interested in investment banking, startups, media, or growth Entrepreneurial and self-motivated Strong communication skills Comfortable learning independently To apply, send: Resume Social links (optional)
