Job Title Investment Banking Associate or Investment Banking Vice President We are currently partnered with a leading middle market investment bank actively looking to add an Investment Banking Senior Associate or Investment Banking Vice President to their Industrials team in Dallas, TX. Opportunity to work with an established and efficient team that focus on deals that come to fruition rather than pitch work. Working primarily within M&A across building products, building materials, construction, industrial technology, and infrastructure. And join a lean team with a clear path for upward mobility and strong leadership to learn form. The Investment Banking Associate / VP will be responsible for: Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period. Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions. Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research. Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients. The Investment Banking Senior Associate / VP should have the following qualifications: 5+ years within M&A Industry experience in either industrials, building products, building materials, or construction.
