The Investment Management and Funds practice is expanding and seeking an experienced Investment Funds Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated fund formation structuring and regulatory compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role is ideal for a seasoned funds attorney who values direct client engagement complex transactional work and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment. Responsibilities Advise sponsors fund managers and institutional investors on the formation structuring and ongoing operation of private equity funds hedge funds and related investment vehicles with accuracy and efficiency Draft and negotiate fund formation documentation including partnership agreements operating agreements subscription documents and offering materials across multiple jurisdictions Provide counsel on regulatory and compliance matters under applicable federal and state securities laws while supporting fund launches and capital raising activities Coordinate with tax corporate and regulatory teams on multi-disciplinary matters while maintaining direct client relationships and delivering strategic legal guidance Qualifications JD from an accredited law school with active bar admission in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction; strong academic credentials required 10+ years of experience in investment funds fund formation and investment management with demonstrated experience advising private equity funds hedge funds and similar investment vehicles Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment Excellent drafting analytical and communication skills with the ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary matters both independently and collaboratively Join Us This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced funds attorney seeking sophisticated investment management work, mentorship and long-term stability.
