OverviewThe Investors Pool is an SEC Reg D & Reg S real estate tokenization fund, and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Investor Acquisition Specialist/Closer to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing new investor partnerships to fuel our growth.Your energetic approach and keen understanding of financial services will drive successful investor relations and deal closures.This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise to make a significant impact in the real estate investment space.If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about building lasting investor relationships, this role is perfect for you! Our proprietary AI sales agents handle the initial heavy lifting--gathering pertinent information, educating potential investors on our offerings, and assessing their interest levels.Your responsibility begins where the AI leaves off:engaging directly with these warm, highly qualified leads to address their final concerns, articulate the unique value propositions of our tokenized assets, and ultimately guide them to pull the trigger on their initial investments We provide you with new leads every day of investors that have requested to be contacted because they have interest in our fund from either marketing they have seen online, a national cable TV commercial they have seen, or an ad on streaming TV.These leads are hot leads, and your main objective in this position is to build rapport, build a relationship, and get them to invest in one of the projects on our platform.Additionally, you will be building relationships with larger groups like hedge funds, PE funds, and VC funds to get them to have interest in our platform and invest in the projects we have listed.We just launched our second round and are underwriting and adding new projects regularly.We are launching $200 million in projects starting in April with numerous projects right behind those.We are looking for a lead person that has experience in the space and that wants to make a ton of money.We are not looking for anyone that cares more about vacation time than they do about the number of leads they are getting.We are looking for top producers, 2 additional people that we can add to the team that will hit it out of the park month after month.Key Responsibilities Deal Conversion:Take ownership of warm leads transitioned from our AI sales agents.Conduct high-level conversations with potential investors--ranging from retail participants to high-net-worth individuals--to secure their financial commitments.Objection Handling:Expertly navigate complex questions regarding tokenization, fractional ownership, liquidity options, and the specific risk-return profiles of our real estate and business projects.Value Articulation:Clearly communicate the benefits of our platform, emphasizing transparency, security, and the democratization of asset access without relying on overly complex financial jargon.Relationship Building:Establish trust and credibility quickly.Guide investors through the final stages of the investment process, including addressing any concerns regarding KYC/AML requirements and platform security.Feedback Loop:Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams, providing qualitative feedback from investor conversations to continuously refine our AI agents' initial qualification processes and improve overall platform messaging.Experience To excel in this role, candidates must possess a strong background in financial sales combined with an understanding of modern investment technologies.The required qualifications include:Experience:A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in high-ticket sales, wealth management, capital raising, or fintech sales.Experience closing deals with institutional or accredited investors is highly preferred.Industry Knowledge:A solid understanding of traditional real estate investing, alternative assets, and the emerging RWA tokenization space.Familiarity with blockchain concepts, smart contracts, and digital asset security is a significant advantage.Sales Acumen:Exceptional closing skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding funding targets.Ability to manage a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.Communication Skills:Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.You must be capable of translating complex financial and technological concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for diverse investor profiles.Technical Proficiency:Comfort working alongside AI-driven sales tools and utilizing advanced CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and manage the sales cycle.We are will to train the right person as long as they have a willingness to learn, are hungry and have sales experience and have been a top producer.Compensation Base:You will receive a reliable $1,000 base Commission:10% commission on the gross amount the fund takes in o
