Title: Invoice Reconciler Location: Naperville, IL Hire Type: Contract Salary: $28.00-$36.00/hr Benefits: Medical, dental, vision Sterling Engineering is looking for an Invoice Reconciler in Naperville, IL. This opportunity is with a well-established organization supporting large-scale utility projects. Job Duties: Review and reconcile project invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance Support accounting, finance, and project controls functions Track materials from ordering through receipt and verify against invoices Work with purchase requisitions and purchase orders throughout the procurement process Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely processing Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, project controls, or related field Experience with invoice review and accounts payable/receivable Understanding of procurement processes and purchasing workflows Experience working in a corporate environment with strong business communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) Preferred: Experience with Maximo or Oracle Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color,
