What You'll Do As a Mental Health Therapist at Concerted Care Group, you will be at the center of patient care-building strong therapeutic relationships and delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment. You'll lead therapy groups, facilitate individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within our innovative OTP, IOP, OP program. Clinical Responsibilities Include: Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our OTP program. Work in person at our Cumberland, MD location. Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations,
