Iowa Licensed Care Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management to oversee the care management team and coordinate care for behavioral health members. Key Responsibilities Supervises care management team and addresses day-to-day escalations related to members or providers Monitors compliance with documentation requirements and assigns caseloads based on state regulations and team capabilities Evaluates team performance, provides coaching, and ensures high-quality care delivery to members Required Qualifications Master's degree or graduation from an accredited school of nursing 4+ years of related experience in care management or behavioral health Licensed Clinical Behavioral Health Professional or RN with relevant experience Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to care management Experience in team performance evaluation and coaching
