IR Sales Support Analyst / Associate – High Net Worth

Company Overview: A leading global private investment firm with approximately $200 billion in assets under management is seeking an Investor Relations Sales Support Analyst / Associate for its High Net Worth team. This role will focus on supporting fundraising initiatives and relationship management activities. Job Responsibilities: Act as an HNW Project Manager for distinct funds and support the team in fundraising initiatives and relationship management activities Develop sales prospect pipeline and maintain CRM pipeline reporting Prepare for fund launches and identify eligible investors Oversee data management tasks in Salesforce.com to support business development Coordinate follow-up process and correspondence with LPs or prospects Provide project management support for the HNW platform and manage research projects Assist with internal and external meetings and participate in diligence meetings Prepare materials, including investor agendas and LP background profiles Qualifications: Strong academic credentials (BS/BA from a highly-regarded institution) 1-2 years of experience in asset management, consulting, or financial services marketing Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables Series 7 and 63 licenses, or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment Compensation: Salary: $75,000 – $100,000, Plus Bonus The post IR Sales Support Analyst / Associate – High Net Worth appeared first on Landing Point.
