Irrigation Laborer and Apprentice

Job Summary: We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Irrigation Laborer to join our installation and service crews. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and wants to learn a skilled trade. Prior irrigation knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities: Digging and backfilling trenches for irrigation pipe installation. Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment from company trucks. Assisting technicians and leads with installing pipes, sprinkler heads, and valves. Cutting and gluing PVC pipe under the supervision of a lead technician. Maintaining a clean and safe job site. Requirements: 1-2 years of general labor, irrigation, and construction experience. Ability to perform heavy physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Punctual, reliable, and a team player. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop/job sites.
