Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Irrigation Technician to join our dynamic landscape installation team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining irrigation systems. Starting pay $18.00+ depending on experience. Negotiated upon Interview. Previous experience is required for position. Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as mini skid steer. Conduct regular inspections of irrigation components to identify leaks, clogs, or malfunctions, ensuring systems operate efficiently. Use mechanical knowledge to adjust sprinkler heads, valves, timers, and controllers for optimal watering schedules. Operate construction equipment safely during installation or repair projects while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of system repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability and future reference. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience working with irrigation systems and related equipment. Familiarity with landscaping, lawn care, horticulture practices, and general landscape maintenance. Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction machinery such as skid steer is preferred. Strong understanding of irrigation principles and water management techniques. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting system issues. Prior experience in landscaping or horticulture is a plus; relevant certifications are advantageous but not required.
