Company Overview:We are a rapidly growing irrigation company committed to providing exceptional service to our clients.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Irrigation Technician to join our dynamic team.This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are motivated, eager to contribute, and interested in growing with a reputable company.Position Overview:As an Irrigation Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients.We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in irrigation installation, system troubleshooting, and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.The ideal candidate will also be eager to take on new challenges and contribute to our growing brand.Key Responsibilities:Irrigation System Maintenance & Installation:Conduct system checks, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance of irrigation controllers, valves, and low-voltage electrical systems.Customer Service:Communicate effectively with office staff, management companies, and homeowners to resolve any issues and maintain strong relationships.Documentation & Reporting:Accurately complete paperless work orders and provide detailed irrigation notes and billing information.Work Efficiency:Manage tasks efficiently, ensuring that all issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.Truck Maintenance:Ensure that company vehicles are kept clean and well-maintained, reflecting the professionalism of the brand.Physical Requirements:Perform manual labor as necessary, including digging and lifting up to 20 pounds.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other team members to provide high-quality service and meet company goals.Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 3 year of experience in irrigation installation or related fields.Driver's License:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of irrigation controllers, valves, and low-voltage electrical systems.Physical Stamina:Ability to lift 20pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.Attention to Detail:Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling work orders and client billing.Work Ethic:Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional service.Schedule & Compensation:Standard Hours:8-hour workdays, with the potential for overtime.Weekend Availability:Opportunities for weekend work as needed.Paid Holidays:Paid time off for recognized holidays.Compensation:Competitive hourly rate, with additional tips and bonus pay based on performance and client satisfaction.Commision on all sales performed by you!
