Description: Seeking an Irrigation Technician to join our Landscaping team here at Mountainscape! We are a local, family-run, and top-performing landscape & design company in the area experiencing substantial growth.We pride ourselves in excellent craftmanship, and a hard-working, honest team, who are driven to succeed and grow.The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, attention to detail, and is willing to learn new skill sets to complete a variety of irrigation projects. Location: Northern Colorado (Fort Collins, Timnath, Windsor, Loveland and surrounding areas) Key Responsibilities: Performs manual outdoor labor on irrigation/sprinkler systems including operating hand tools, excavating, lifting, shoveling, prep and cleaning of materials and work site Responsible for diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and installation of residential and commercial irrigation systems, under direction of manager Delegates tasks to crew members, and gives directions according to task or project plans Installs and repairs parts including valves, pumps, manifolds, and timers. Test systems for good working order and efficiency, and communicate with clients to come up with adequate solutions Comes prepared to work in various weather conditions Practices efficient time management to maximize company success and profitability Follows safety precautions and guidelines and emphasizes proper use and maintenance of safety gear, tools, vehicles, and machinery May assist in other landscaping activities as needed including:lawn maintenance, planting, hardscapes, and winter snow removal Keeps accurate records of projects and tasks Qualifications: 2years experience in irrigation maintenance and installation 1year experience in other outdoor manual labor such as landscaping, construction, maintenance, or plumbing Valid Drivers license Well organized, with attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship Knowledge of various types of irrigation systems, equipment, and parts, as well as diagnostic procedures English and Spanish speaking preferred Must have strong communication skills and be professional in appearance and actions Able to follow instructions in detailed manner Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed Pay:$22.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
