We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Implement, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers across multiple operating systems. Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Oversee storage solutions, backup procedures, and disaster recovery planning to ensure data integrity and resilience. Uphold security protocols, conduct audits, manage security tools, and ensure compliance with established standards. Provide essential first and second-level hardware and software support to end-users. Automate administrative tasks through scripting and contribute to IT project coordination. What You'll Need High School diploma with 9+ years of commensurate experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Active TS/SCI clearance is required. Demonstrated experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network administration. Proficiency with hybrid environments and enterprise IT solutions. DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA-Security). Ability and willingness to travel internationally and possess a valid passport.
