Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Summer Intern to support our AI and Analytics Training initiatives. This role will focus on reviewing internal and external AI/ML/Analytics course materials, assessing quality and relevance, and helping design structured training programs for employees across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern AI technologies, learning design, and helping others build new skills. Location On-site in Melbourne, FL with the potential for a hybrid work schedule Your Day to Day as a IT Architecture - AI Training Summer Intern: Reviews existing AI, machine learning, data science, and analytics course content available to the company (vendor platforms, internal materials, curated modules). Evaluates course quality, structure, completeness, and alignment with organizational skill needs. Identifies gaps in available training and recommends supplemental resources or modules. Assists in designing structured learning paths for various roles (technical, non technical, leadership). Develops training documentation, summaries, and supporting materials. Helps build internal presentations, reference guides, checklists, or onboarding materials related to AI/Analytics upskilling. Supports the creation of a central repository for AI/Analytics learning content. Collaborates with IT, HR/L&D, and business unit stakeholders to refine training needs. Tracks and documents progress, findings, and recommendations throughout the internship. Required Qualifications Must be currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field. Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, or learning program development. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to break down technical concepts and evaluate educational content. Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Must be a U.S. citizen. Preferred Qualifications Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, Linux). Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Basic understanding of programing concepts such as Powershell, Javascript, C#. Pay: $28.52 The starting hourly rate for this position in Florida (US-FL) is expected to be $28.52 per hour. The hourly rate offered is based on local job market factors and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
