Position Overview Augment Professional Services (APS) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong project management and Scrum Master capabilities to support digital transformation initiatives within disposal operations. This role contributes to the delivery of technology solutions that modernize landfill operations, environmental compliance, and digital workflows across a large-scale disposal network. Lead requirements development, cross-functional coordination, and delivery execution for multiple digital applications, including environmental compliance systems, operational technology integrations, and workflow modernization initiatives. Drive collaboration between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology partners to ensure alignment, clarity of requirements, and successful delivery outcomes. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and integration artifacts within complex system environments. Serve in a project leadership capacity, supporting Agile delivery practices, sprint ceremonies, and disciplined execution across multiple workstreams. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across internal teams and external partners. Support business process transformation efforts by analyzing current workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling scalable digital solutions. Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including front-line operations and senior leadership, to drive alignment and informed decision-making. Contribute to operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives through structured analysis and execution excellence.
