Job Description: Position Title: IT Business Analyst Business Unit: Terex Utilities Location: Watertown, SD or Chattanooga, TN (or Remote) Hours : 45-50 hours per week Travel: Up to 25% Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in U.S.A. Reports to: Matt Bell - Senior Manager, Business Solutions Overview: Terex is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to support our Services business as part of the Segment IT team. This role is critical in ensuring our field service operations are empowered with efficient, data-driven, and user-focused enterprise solutions. As an IT Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between the business and IT, working closely with stakeholders in the field service, service operations, and support teams. Your primary responsibility will be supporting and optimizing processes across ERP, Oracle CX Field Service Cloud, and AI & business intelligence platforms. You'll play a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing requirements, and delivering impactful solutions that drive operational excellence in our services organization. What you'll do Business Process Analysis & Support Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document service processes, system pain points, and enhancement opportunities Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery Support day to day Oracle EBS support for items, inventory, purchasing, and order management issues. Manage and optimize Oracle CX Field Service Cloud, and Oracle CX Service Cloud business processes and interaction with Salesforce, and ERP (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion) Provide frontline support and training for end users in the Services function Drive adoption of new tools and
