IT Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an IT Engineering Manager (Endpoint Engineering). Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers, setting clear expectations and building individual growth plans Define and maintain the Client Platform Engineering roadmap and establish a prioritization framework for projects Guide the architecture and long-term strategy for the endpoint platform, promoting automation and infrastructure-as-code practices Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or corporate IT engineering, with a focus on macOS device management 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience Proficiency in scripting and automation in Bash and at least one additional language (Python preferred) Experience building and running programs from scratch, establishing KPIs and prioritization processes Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to endpoint security
