Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven individual to support the day-to-day operations of our IT function while working closely with internal business teams to improve reporting, workflows, and system usage. This role is responsible for ensuring IT work is properly prioritized, assigned, and completed, while also helping define business needs for reporting and system improvements. The position is hands-on and focused on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of internal processes. This is not a programming or infrastructure-focused role. Instead, it is centered on making sure work gets done efficiently and that systems evolve to better support the business. Key Responsibilities IT Operations and Coordination Serve as the central point of contact for all IT requests across the organization Track incoming work and ensure requests are assigned, prioritized, and completed Coordinate work across Help Desk, technical support, and development resources Follow up on open items and ensure consistent progress and closure Confirm completed work meets business expectations before closing requests Maintain visibility into workload, priorities, and status of all IT-related work Help Desk Oversight Provide day-to-day coordination and direction for Help Desk (Level 1) support Ensure support requests are addressed in a timely and consistent manner Assist in prioritizing, escalating, and resolving user issues Help maintain clear processes and expectations for support activities Business Systems and Reporting Support Work with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to understand reporting and workflow needs Help define requirements for reports, dashboards, and system improvements Identify repetitive manual tasks and opportunities for automation Support improvements to reporting visibility and business processes Work with development resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements Vendor and Process Coordination Coordinate communication with external IT vendors and service providers Track vendor-related requests and ensure timely follow-up Help document workflows, processes, and system usage for consistency What Success Looks Like All IT work is clearly tracked, assigned, and completed No requests are lost or delayed due to lack of follow-up Help Desk support is consistent, responsive, and well-organized Business users have improved visibility into status and outcomes Manual reporting and repetitive processes are reduced over time Clear alignment between business needs and IT execution Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once Proven ability to follow through on tasks and ensure completion Experience coordinating projects, workflows, or cross-functional work Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users High attention to detail and accountability Preferred Qualifications Experience working in operations, project coordination, or business analysis Familiarity with reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI Exposure to SQL or data-related concepts is helpful but not required Experience working in an IT or systems-supported environment Role Details Full-time position Location: St. Louis, Missouri
