IT Operations Specialist Scottsdale, AZ (ONSITE) Schedule: 5 days in office Shifts: 2:00PM - 10:30PM; weekend included $54/hr pay rate 6 month contract Continuum Recruiting is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find IT Operations Specialists to support its Technical Operations (TechOps) function within a real-time fusion center environment. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and improving the technical backbone of live operations within a fast-paced, mission-critical operations center. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to document workflows, analyze operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and support continuous improvement initiatives across systems and infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical documentation skills with hands-on experience supporting systems, networking, or real-time operational environments. As an IT Operations Specialist You’ll: Shadow and document live operational workflows, system dependencies, and technical interactions. Analyze technical processes and identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies. Collaborate with Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to improve workflows and operational processes. Draft clear technical documentation, process maps, and operational improvement recommendations. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support operational readiness and continuous improvement initiatives within a real-time operations environment. Experience Requirements: 5+ years of relevant technical documentation and analytical experience Experience in NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24x7 support environment Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms Comfortable collaborating with DevOps / Infrastructure teams Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following: Windows workstation support real-time operations or command-center environments TCP/IP networking or systems administration Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical operations center supporting real-time systems
