Responsibilities Ensures key aspects relating to risk management, quality, ethical sourcing, sustainability and legal compliance are in line with the company's policies. Updates supplier-provided agreements as well as contracting policies and procedures for negotiations and governing use by internal stakeholders. Supports the development and delivery of category or sourcing strategies and management of tendering events. Aids in developing and implementing innovative solutions to resolve complex issues, utilizing organizational readiness change management strategies. Conducts contract reviews for audit compliance and spend analysis to assess long-term agreement requirements for operations to ensure supply of materials through a proactive supply chain model. Manages day-to-day Energy contracts across various regulated and de-regulated markets. Supports the development of category strategies representing requirements of our business plans and commitments made to regulators and customers.
