Role Summary This is a remote IT Project/Program Manager position requiring a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience. The role involves leading the implementation of Microsoft Copilot within Digital Workspaces, managing complex technology projects, and supporting enterprise-wide endpoint upgrades and migrations. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a key point of contact for executive stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities Develop and maintain comprehensive process flow documentation to track project progress and measurables. Compile project data, generate status reports, and present updates to management teams. Consult with management and stakeholders regarding the feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans, integrating emerging technologies and product supportability. Oversee digital collaboration projects, including Office 365 upgrades on a large-scale environment of approximately 160,000 machines, coordinating weekly user migrations. Serve as a liaison among network engineers, development teams, and management to facilitate communication and project alignment. Provide advanced diagnostics and resolution support for complex system and application issues to minimize operational disruptions. Coordinate migration efforts and address related issues in conjunction with Service Desk and other teams impacted by hardware upgrades and user transitions. Support Google Workspace management and oversee technical workstreams related to Unified Endpoint Management solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM, Intune, Co-management, Windows Autopilot, Azure Active Directory). Identify risks, schedule slippages, and proactively mitigate potential project delays through detailed analysis. Create presentation content suitable for executive and peer review, prepare detailed meeting minutes, and track assigned action items, ensuring follow-up with responsible parties. Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in IT project or program management, with a focus on enterprise endpoint and collaboration solutions. Proven track record managing large-scale technology migrations and upgrades, especially Office 365 and endpoint management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Azure Active Directory. Ability to create detailed process documents and executive-level presentation materials. Excellent skills in project tracking, reporting, and risk management. Exceptional communication skills, capable of providing detailed support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Experience working in remote environments and managing multiple stakeholders remotely. Knowledge of Google Workspace and related technical project management experience is preferred. This position requires eligibility for a U.S. Government security clearance. In accordance with federal law, U.S. citizenship is required. (Ability to obtain and maintain a USPS Public Trust clearance). Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 - $53.00 hourly This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
