🚨 Urgent Hybrid Opportunity | Technical / IT / Corporate Recruiter | Des Moines, IA We have an urgent opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant role with one of our direct clients in Des Moines, IA. Job Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: Des Moines, IA (Hybrid) Duration: 1 Year Contract (Possible Extension) Pay Rate: $25 - $32/hr on W2 (All Inclusive) No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available. Local candidates preferred. Responsibilities: Recruit for technical and specialized skill sets in a competitive talent market Utilize modern recruiting tools and platforms including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions Maintain a strong candidate experience and represent the organization professionally in the market Qualifications: 3–10 years of recruiting experience with strong preference for technical recruiting experience (Software Engineering, Cloud, Security, IT Infrastructure, etc.) Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Data-driven mindset with ability to use recruiting metrics and insights effectively High level of professionalism and confidentiality Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5%)
