IT Support Specialist Integrity Fire Safety Services Full-Time | Hybrid Opportunity/Englewood, CO | $25–$29/hour At Integrity Fire Safety Services, we help protect businesses and communities through industry-leading fire and life safety solutions. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and dependable IT Support Specialist to join our team and support employees across multiple departments and locations. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and account access issues Perform password resets, account unlocks, and user account provisioning Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals Support Microsoft 365 applications and Windows operating systems Document support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately within the ticketing system Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff with detailed documentation Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and account creation Help maintain a positive and efficient technology experience for all employees What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred 1–2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, basic networking concepts, and computer hardware Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar are a plus Why Join Integrity Fire Safety Services?
