🚨 Now Hiring: NOC Engineer I (Onsite – Orlando, FL) 🚨 We’re hiring a NOC Engineer I IT environment with 214+ sites , focused primarily on Cisco Unified Communications (UC) and core network operations. This is a 100% onsite role in Orlando , ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on support, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced NOC environment. 🔧 What you’ll be doing: Provide first-level NOC support for WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, VoIP, and Cisco UC Support and monitor Cisco Call Manager / Unity environments Troubleshoot low to medium complexity network and systems issues Perform incident response, escalation, documentation, and SLA-driven support Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly Assist with network installs, maintenance, monitoring, and proactive support ✅ What we’re looking for: Strong customer service mindset & team player Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Engineer-level experience with networking and Cisco UC CCNA certification is a strong plus 2+ years in a NOC or similar support role Experience with Cisco networking, VoIP, Windows, AD, DNS, VPNs, and ticketing systems 💼 Role details: Location: Orlando, FL (onsite) Type: Full-time / Contract Shift-based NOC environment with on-call rotation If you’re looking to grow your career in networking, voice, and enterprise IT operations , this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a large-scale environment. 📩 Interested or know someone who might be?
