Locations: Auburn University, Alabama Job Type: Student Department: Ath Finance & Administration IT Associated Division: Director Intercollegiate Athletics Req ID: 8293 Overview The Athletics IT Service Desk is seeking motivated students to join our team in providing frontline technical support to Auburn University's athletics community! This role offers hands-on experience supporting a wide range of IT services for staff, student-athletes and coaches. Responsibilities Support for Auburn Information Technology resources including Configuration of laptops, tablets, and cell phones for campus wireless and email systems, accounts, email, printing services, and other IT services. Assistance with Duo 2Factor registration, reactivation, and removal. Monitor the athletics Service Now system and respond to tickets and other requests accordingly. Limited Football Game Day IT support that includes data network, wireless network set up monitoring, troubleshooting, etc. Ability to work independently. *Flexible work hours to accommodate class schedules.
