IT Specialist

The IT Specialist will provide technical assistance and support for issues related to our highly customized database, computer systems, software, and hardware. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Work with management to set overall project priorities, manage software and hardware related aspects of projects, and provide day-to-day technical support Work as a team member with department leaders to ensure understanding of customer needs, reporting requirements, and analytical needs Troubleshoot system errors and provide support to Dynamics NAV users within the company Create/modify existing NAV reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information systems management, computer science, or other technical field 1+ years’ experience with MS SQL Server Strong written & communication skills Background managing IT within a warehousing/manufacturing/distribution environment Experience with Networking + E-Commerce Experience Additional Experience Preferred But Not Required Lanham E-ship Insight Works Mobile WMS Mergetool Easy Security JetReports Manufacturing and warehousing modules Microsoft SQL Server with Report Builder Windows Servers & DNS Servers Hyper-V Manager Cleo LexiCom Familiarity with mobile RF handhelds Microsoft Power BI Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $26.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Windows: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
