We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Translate complex business requirements into effective design solutions for HCM & Talent Management systems. Conduct requirements gathering and create detailed functional specifications. Design, build, test, and deploy IT solutions, collaborating with vendors and partners. Manage all aspects of assigned projects from conception to implementation. Provide application support and resolve incident tickets in a timely manner. Oversee application security controls and user profile management. What You'll Need Minimum of 5 years of experience with HR/Talent Management IT solutions (e.g., SAP HCM, SuccessFactors). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record in supporting Human Capital Management & Talent Management IT solutions. Experience in process analysis & redesign, consulting, and project management. Strong communication skills and the ability to balance customer focus with strategic planning.
