Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our technology infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical foundation, hands-on problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to support both core IT systems and modern Al-driven solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and enterprise software to ensure reliable and secure operations Provide technical support for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues Support Al-enabled tools, automation initiatives, data analysis workflows, and the integration of Al solutions into business systems Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams to deliver effective technology solutions Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making Monitor system performance, document processes, and recommend improvements or upgrades Clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders Experience & Skills Required Strong foundation in computer systems, networks, and software support, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure efficiently Hands-on experience working with Al technologies, including Al-enabled tools, automation, data analysis workflows, or Al system integrations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Experience supporting enterprise environments, cloud platforms, or ERP systems Familiarity with automation tools or AI-driven business applications Relevant IT certifications or technical training
