Our client is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to manage and support our Windows-based endpoints, working closely with innovative teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient operations. This onsite opportunity in Jacksonville offers you the chance to play a critical role in maintaining enterprise-grade systems, security protocols, and identity platforms that power millions of devices worldwide. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 5+ years in IT engineering, with senior-level expertise preferred Extensive experience managing Windows 10/11 endpoints in enterprise settings Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, including policy enforcement and compliance management Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure (identity, security, device management) Hands-on experience with Local Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Background in IT security, particularly endpoint security and Zero Trust architecture Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and end-user support skills PowerShell scripting and automation skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Nice To Have Skills Microsoft certifications such as Azure, Security, or Endpoint management Networking certifications like CCNA or equivalent Experience supporting distributed or global teams Advanced PowerShell and automation expertise Involvement in security and compliance projects Preferred Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT Minimum of 5 years in IT engineering, with emphasis on enterprise environments Experience supporting security initiatives and compliance protocols Other Requirements Onsite role in Jacksonville, working Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Ability to participate in security and compliance projects as needed Familiarity with NAC tools like Portnox is a plus Certifications in security or networking are advantageous but not mandatory,
