Job Description
Sequoia is hiring an IT Support Engineer in Mexico City. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a technology field and 5 years of IT support experience. The engineer will provide Tier 1 - 2 support for both onsite and remote users, manage IT assets, and perform systems administration tasks, including software maintenance and Active Directory management.
