Role Description NIG Development is seeking an IT Support Officer for a part-time, remote role. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems for desktop computers, software, and printer systems. The role will also involve maintaining IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth daily operations by addressing technical challenges promptly and efficiently. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Proficiency in Information Technology, including system maintenance and network configurations Hands-on experience with Desktop Computers and software applications Knowledge and ability to provide Printer Support and resolve related connectivity or functionality issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical team members effectively Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks remotely Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) and prior experience in a similar role are a plus
