Job Summary CISO Global is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator (Level III) to join our Secure Managed Services (SMS) team. This role serves as a senior technical resource responsible for supporting complex client environments while acting as the highest level of escalation within our managed services organization. This individual will be expected to take ownership of advanced technical issues, support infrastructure projects, mentor junior engineers, and help maintain operational excellence across client environments. As an IT Systems Administrator, you will support and manage client infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, Microsoft 365 environments, Azure resources, virtualization platforms, and security technologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, communicates well with customers, and enjoys solving complex technical problems while helping develop junior team members. Successful candidates are proactive problem solvers who take ownership of technical issues through final resolution, maintain strong documentation habits, and remain accountable to both customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Remote Management Utilize Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools to proactively monitor and maintain client environments Identify and remediate issues before they impact end users when possible Maintain system health across managed infrastructure Ticket Management Manage and resolve advanced service requests and incidents through the ticketing platform Maintain strong ticket hygiene, documentation, and customer communication Take ownership of escalated issues through final resolution Advanced Escalation Support Serve as the highest-level technical escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 support teams Provide technical guidance to junior engineers Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple client environments End-User Technical Support Support escalated desktop, laptop, mobile device, and software issues Support Windows, macOS, and Android environments when escalated Server Administration Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server environments Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Services, and Print Services Perform server maintenance, patching, upgrades, and optimization Virtualization Management Build, manage, and maintain VMware and Hyper-V environments Troubleshoot virtualization performance and availability issues Network Administration Troubleshoot and maintain firewalls, switches, wireless infrastructure, VPN connectivity, and network performance Perform firmware upgrades and infrastructure cleanup efforts Microsoft 365 & Identity Management Administer Microsoft 365 environments including: Entra ID Exchange Online Teams SharePoint Intune Purview Security policies Manage user lifecycle administration and access controls Azure Infrastructure Support Microsoft Azure resources including: Virtual Machines Storage Networking Infrastructure optimization Security & Vulnerability Remediation Identify vulnerabilities across client environments Lead remediation efforts Support security hardening initiatives Backup & Disaster Recovery Manage backup platforms Perform restoration efforts Support disaster recovery planning Project Implementation Lead and support infrastructure projects including: Server migrations Firewall deployments Cloud migrations Infrastructure upgrades Environment modernization initiatives Documentation & Process Improvement Create and maintain technical documentation Identify documentation gaps Improve long-term supportability of client environments Mentorship & Team Development Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers Support shadowing opportunities Help improve team troubleshooting capabilities Qualifications & Experience 7+ years supporting enterprise IT environments 7+ years of Windows Server administration experience 7+ years managing VMware a
