Integrations Developer Job Summary & Reporting Job Title: IT Integrations Developer Department: Information Technology (Integrations Team) Reports To: Development Manager Location : Hybrid in downtown Chicago or Lincolnshire office The Integrations Developer is a key contributor responsible for developing, maintaining, and connecting the critical application and system interfaces that power our enterprise. This senior development role requires an exceptionally strong focus on backend development, system programming, and data integrity across core platforms including CRM, ERP, POS, and various web systems. Key Responsibilities Development & Integration Develop, maintain, and manage systems, software tools, applications, and interfaces between internal and external systems. Integrate systems using internal and third-party APIs (Application Programming Interfaces). Monitor, analyze, design, and develop modifications and changes to existing systems to enhance overall performance and functionality. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), focusing primarily on development and testing activities, and assisting with requirements gathering and solution design. Collaboration & Support Provide clear communication and support to various internal customers. Work with a cross-functional team, embracing feedback as part of the design process, and able to give and receive constructive criticism to improve designs.
