Antonio Violins & Ukes is looking for someone to support and help maintain the day-to-day technology and systems used across our Cincinnati area retail locations. This role is a involves hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, systems organization, and operational support within a small business environment. The position is primarily on-site between our Kenwood and Mason locations, with some flexibility for remote administrative or organizational work when appropriate. Responsibilities include: Supporting staff with day-to-day technical issues Troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, phones, POS systems, and general technology issues Assisting with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and internal business systems Helping improve organization and consistency across internal workflows and systems Coordinating with vendors or service providers when needed Assisting with system setup, user access, and operational support Supporting website platforms, integrations, and general backend organization Preferred qualifications: Experience with IT support, technical troubleshooting, business systems, or operational technology is strongly preferred. Helpful backgrounds may include: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar business systems POS systems or retail technology Website platforms such as WordPress or WooCommerce Hardware setup, printers, phones, WiFi, ethernet, or general network troubleshooting User access, licensing, or basic system administration This position may be structured as either full-time or part-time depending on experience and availability.
