The Role We’re looking for someone hungry, self-motivated, and experienced in generating and closing new business opportunities.. This role is focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting, relationship building, networking, and strategic partnerships. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening doors, managing the sales process, and helping grow Reboot’s presence across the NY metro market and beyond. You’ll work directly with ownership and collaborate closely with operations, giving you the ability to move quickly, solve problems, and confidently represent what we can deliver. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new business opportunities across industries including Finance, Healthcare, Legal, Corporate, Real Estate, and Technology. Build and manage outbound outreach campaigns through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person meetings. Develop referral and channel partnerships with MSPs, VARs, IT procurement firms, project managers, and property/facility management groups. Run discovery calls, identify operational and compliance pain points, and position Reboot as a trusted long-term partner. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. Maintain an organized and accurate CRM pipeline with clear follow-up activity and forecasting. Coordinate with operations to ensure project scope, logistics, reporting requirements, and timelines are communicated accurately. Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, conferences, and client meetings. What You Bring 3–6 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to generate net-new business through outbound efforts. Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, managed IT services, VAR sales, office decommissioning, facilities services, or related industries is strongly preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage IT leadership, operations teams, procurement, compliance stakeholders, and executive decision-makers. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and data destruction standards is a plus. Based in the NY metro area with the ability to attend in-person meetings and events as needed.
