IV Therapy Instructor (Registered Nurse – RN)

The IV Therapy Instructor will provide classroom and clinical skills instruction for IV therapy training programs serving LPN, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, and Nurses. The instructor will ensure all training meets current clinical standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Deliver IV therapy instruction and skills training Demonstrate proper IV insertion, venipuncture, equipment use, and infection control Supervise students during hands-on practice and clinical simulations Evaluate student competency and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate attendance, skills checklists, and training documentation Ensure compliance with institutional policies and clinical safety standards Support a positive, professional learning environment Required Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience Strong knowledge of IV therapy, venipuncture, and infusion procedures Ability to teach and supervise adult learners in a clinical setting Excellent communication and professional presentation skills Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Celebration, FL 34747
