Job Information : PeopleSoft Job Code/ Title: IWMS Solution Architect (RA0049) Global Level: GL-9 Job Family/Function: Real Estate / Client Consulting About the Role: The IWMS(Integrated Workplace Management System) team is focused on creating,implementing, and sustaining workplace strategies and technology to improveorganizational value and return on real estate investments. We providemeaningful engagements to develop impactful and achievable business solutions. The IWMSSolution Architect responsible for designing, developing, configuring, andsupporting scalable ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions that meet complex businessand operational requirements. Working closely with product leads, businessanalysts, and CAD team members, this role delivers high-quality solutionsacross Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Nuvolo, Now Assist, and core platformcapabilities, following ServiceNow development standards and bestpractices. The role contributes toplatform maturity through disciplined release management, reusable developmentpatterns, and secure, API-driven integrations, while ensuring the ServiceNowplatform remains stable, performant, compliant, and well-integrated within ourclient's broader technical ecosystem. In addition toproviding in-depth analysis, this role concurrently synthesizes the output ofworkstreams and shares progress updates with senior team leaders. Work iscompleted with limited manager review.
