Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities.This role is vital in ensuring that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and presentable for staff, visitors, and clients alike.The ideal candidate will bring energy to their work, take pride in their cleaning skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas of the facility.Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas thoroughly to meet health and safety standards.Conduct custodial maintenance including replenishing supplies like paper towels, soap, and trash bags.Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as reporting larger issues to the appropriate team.Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.Qualifications Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles with a strong background in commercial or industrial cleaning.Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners.Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks efficiently.Prior experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is a plus but not required.Join us if you're ready to bring energy into your workday while ensuring our facilities remain spotless and safe!
