Company Overview Jani-King International, Inc.is the world's largest commercial cleaning franchise company.Since 1969, we have grown to include over 120 regional support offices in 10 countries, supporting more than 6,600 independently owned franchise businesses worldwide.Our mission is driven by our core values:People, Pride, and Performance.Summary Your role as a Janitor or Cleaner is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our clients' facilities.Based in Roswell, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to a global leader in commercial cleaning services by ensuring environments are safe and welcoming.Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.Maintain floors through buffing and other floor care techniques.Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and safely.Follow safety protocols and health regulations at all times.Report any maintenance issues or damages to supervisors.Support team members in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.Qualifications Proven janitorial or custodial experience preferred.Knowledge of floor care and commercial cleaning techniques.Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.Strong attention to detail and time management skills.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical stamina to perform manual tasks.Prior experience in industrial or facilities maintenance is a plus.Call-To-Action Join us in creating clean and safe environments!
