We value energetic, detail-oriented individuals who are committed to delivering top-notch custodial services and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly throughout the facility Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance, reporting issues promptly Assist with light custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance or minor repairs as needed Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning standards is a plus Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Experience with industrial or residential cleaning tasks is advantageous Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and maintenance Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift supplies or equipment when necessary Reliable attendance and punctuality to adhere to scheduled working hours Join us in creating clean, welcoming environments that make a difference every day!
