Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Janitor/Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas. Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure safety and appearance. Conduct industrial cleaning procedures in warehouses or manufacturing environments as needed. Assist with custodial responsibilities such as restocking supplies and ensuring restrooms are hygienic and well-maintained. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate team. Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Contribute to residential painting projects or minor maintenance tasks when required to support overall facility upkeep. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on commercial or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with various cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies used in professional cleaning settings. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hygiene. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple cleaning duties. Basic maintenance skills such as minor repairs or painting are a plus. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while following safety guidelines.
