Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas such as offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and applying appropriate care products to ensure a professional appearance Conduct industrial cleaning procedures when necessary for large-scale or specialized cleaning projects Handle custodial duties such as restocking supplies in restrooms and break rooms to ensure accessibility at all times Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting issues that require professional attention Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent slips, trips, or other hazards Support additional janitorial or porter duties as assigned to uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Skills Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles with a strong understanding of commercial and residential cleaning practices Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing surfaces Familiarity with custodial equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, steam cleaners, and cleaning chemicals Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards Experience in facilities maintenance or general upkeep is preferred Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Join us in creating a clean and safe environment where everyone can thrive!
