Janitorial Technician - Federal Offices (Ottawa National Forest)Company:Xplicit Technologies, LLC Xplicit Technologies, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Technician to perform professional cleaning services at three Federal offices in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.This position services multiple small federal office facilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work and maintaining clean, professional environments.Work Locations This position services the following federal facilities:E23979 US-2 EastWatersmeet, MI 49969 4810 E.M-28Kenton, MI 49967 1209 Rockland RoadOntonagon, MI 49953 Schedule & Hours Cleaning frequency:Watersmeet Office - 2 times per week Kenton Office - 2 times per week Ontonagon Office - 1 time per week Estimated workload:10 - 15 hours per week Work is typically performed after normal office hours or during low-traffic periods.Pay $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Pay is based on experience, reliability, and performance.Scope of Work Janitorial services include routine cleaning of government office environments.Typical duties include:Vacuuming carpets and entry mats Sweeping and mopping hard floors Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Cleaning sinks, toilets, mirrors, and counters Emptying trash and transporting waste to designated disposal areas Dusting desks, furniture, and office equipment Cleaning interior glass and entrance doors Wiping and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces Cleaning break rooms and kitchen areas Maintaining overall cleanliness of office and public spaces Periodic deeper cleaning tasks include:Carpet shampooing Interior window cleaning Cleaning light fixtures and vents Washing restroom walls and partitions Deep sanitation of high-touch surfaces Supplies & Equipment The government provides certain janitorial supplies and equipment such as:Trash bags Paper towels Toilet paper Hand soap Vacuum cleaners Mops and buckets Brooms and dustpans Xplicit Technologies provides cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who:Is dependable and able to work independently Has prior janitorial or cleaning experience (preferred) Pays attention to detail and takes pride in their work Can reliably travel between the three ranger district locations Is able to pass a basic background check if required About Xplicit Technologies Xplicit Technologies, LLC provides professional janitorial and facility services to federal agencies across the United States.Our team focuses on reliability, professionalism, and maintaining high cleaning standards in government facilities.How to Apply To apply, please send:Your name Contact phone number Brief work history or cleaning experience Applications can be submitted through this job posting or by contacting:jobs@xplicittechnologies.com Pay:$19.00 - $22.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
